Emphasis of Practice

Ryan works hand in hand with businesses, landholders, and creditors to help them achieve their goals and resolve their problems. He helps closely held and family businesses navigate the legal challenges they face from entity formation, through operation and management, and ultimately sale, merger, or dissolution. In addition, Ryan focuses on real property transactions and disputes from leases and sales to foreclosures and quiet title actions.

Mr. Griffee received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, where he was an Agnes C. Nelson Scholar. He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management in Malibu, California.

Personal Activities

Ryan and his wife, Katie, moved to Yakima in 2011 where they’ve enjoyed setting down roots.  When not working (or waging a small war with his yard), Ryan enjoys watching collegiate sports and spending time with friends and family.
